Full-Time Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Atherstone

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing nursery setting in the Tamworth (Dosthill) area. This is a full-time position due to commence immediately, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. For the right candidate, there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a friendly and experienced team, supporting the day-to-day care and learning of children in the early years. Your role will involve creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive and develop.

Start Date: ASAP | Initial 12-Week Placement | Potential Permanent Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5

• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework effectively

• Observe, assess, and plan learning opportunities tailored to individual needs

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• A positive, proactive, and caring attitude

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development

• A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
