Zest Education is excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity for a skilled and dedicated full-time teaching assistant in Rednal. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a team environment and stays composed under pressure. As a resource base TA at this fantastic infants school, you will support up to 9 children with diverse additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Your role will involve assisting the class both collectively and on a one-on-one basis, engaging in play-based learning and group activities.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, accessible, and possesses a solid work ethic. The ideal candidate will hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field and have prior experience in a similar capacity.
