Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity? Zest Education, a leading agency in the Midlands, is currently seeking a full-time TA to join a dynamic team in the Rednal area.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant and engaging Year 3 class. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the diverse group of children in their learning journey, assisting with lesson preparations, facilitating group activities, and ensuring a focused learning environment during core subjects.
Joining a reputable school known for its academic excellence, you will be part of a collaborative environment that emphasises high standards and consistency across all levels of education. With access to top-notch facilities and the support of a wider Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) network, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education to young minds.
To excel in this role, you should be a hard-working individual with a friendly demeanour and a strong team spirit. Effective communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum are essential requirements. Please note that only candidates with an NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher will be considered.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
