Are you a hardworking teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to teach in a primary school? Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Year 2 Class Teacher to join a reputable primary school located in Rugeley.

This full-time position is available from January and will run until the end of the academic year. There is also a possibility of extension for the ideal candidate, offering long-term stability and continued professional development.

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Recent experience working in Key Stage 1, preferably in Year 2
– Excellent knowledge of the curriculum
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Responsibilities:

– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to meet the needs of Year 2 students
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and stimulating learning environment
– Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
– Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities
