Zest Education is excited to collaborate with a reputable school in Halesowen, currently seeking a dedicated full-time teaching assistant to join their team from September 2024. As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all Key Stage 1 year groups from Monday to Friday, fostering a rich learning environment for the students.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young learners, putting children at the forefront of their work. The school values inclusivity and support, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and grow in a stimulating educational setting. With a focus on both indoor and outdoor learning experiences, you will play a crucial role in providing diverse and engaging activities tailored to meet the needs of each student.
To be successful in this position, you should have prior experience working within a primary school setting preferably in key stage 1. The school are looking for someone who is dedicated, nurturing and passionate about providing children with the best educational experience possible. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills due to the role relying on high levels of communication with multiple class teachers.

Pay will begin from £76.92 a day and will be dependant on references and experience.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
