Key Stage 2 Teacher (Year 5) – Northfield – February 2026 Start | Join a Supportive and High‑Performing School

Zest Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected junior school in Northfield, which is seeking a confident, diligent, and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from February 2026 onwards. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to take full responsibility for a vibrant and motivated Year 5 class within a warm, well‑resourced, and forward‑thinking school environment.

About the Role

  • Teach a large, engaged, and well‑behaved Year 5 class who enjoy challenge and collaborative learning.
  • Full‑time position, expected to run throughout the spring term, with a strong likelihood of continuation into the summer term 2026.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS) with strong classroom management and effective behaviour strategies.
  • Has proven experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 5.
  • Shows confidence, adaptability, and the ability to step into a new environment and immediately make an impact.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a robust work ethic, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
