Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a lovely and well-respected school in Stafford to find an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to be based in KS1. This exciting opportunity will commence in September on a full-time basis, scheduled until the end of the academic year.

– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practice

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of ECT status
– Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
