Zest education are currently recruiting a KS1 Teacher on a full time basis, the role to start in September 2024 at a school around Castle Vale.
The schools main aim is to celebrate the success of staff and pupils and support them to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendanceRequirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1 students
– Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
