Zest Education is working with a school in Erdington who is seeking a dynamic KS1 full-time teacher to join them in September 2024.

As a KS1 teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate children in their formative years, helping them build a strong foundation for future academic success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and a nurturing approach to teaching. You should be creative, patient, and able to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of your students. Previous experience working with young learners is preferred but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support the holistic development of each student.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
