A fantastic opportunity has come up at a primary school in Burton on Trent. The school is recruiting for a KS1 Teaching Assistant/Support worker to work on a part time basis. The days to be worked can be discussed at interview.
The school is a large 2 form entry school who cater for a high number of EAL students. Additionally, the school encourage everyone to embrace new opportunities through the exciting curriculum which is provided. The school have a strong focus on ensuring that all pupils are making good progress and aim to provide all pupils with essential life skills.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, engaging and be able to quickly build relationships with all children and staff members. You must also be a passionate about supporting small groups of children who may require extra support.
The pay for this role will vary between £65-£80 a day depending on experience.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
