Zest Education is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated KS1 teacher to join a thriving primary school in Balsall Heath. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is ready to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. The school benefits from a supportive SLT team and you will have the chance to work in a school with excellent facilities, including spacious outdoor areas for interactive learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding high standards of behaviour and delivering engaging lessons that align with the KS1 curriculum. Experience or willingness to work with EAL pupils is highly desirable. The Head is looking for a committed and dedicated teacher who can hit the ground running. You will need to set exemplary standards for behaviour and demonstrate a sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
