About the Role

  • 1:1 support where required, following guidance from teaching staff
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, EAL or additional learning needs

  • Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and maths activities
  • Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation
  • Monitoring pupil progress and sharing observations with staff
  • Providing emotional reassurance and helping pupils develop confidence

About You

  • A calm, nurturing and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow teacher guidance and adapt to pupil needs

  • Passionate about helping children overcome barriers and succeed
