Zest Education is recruiting a skilled and compassionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Lichfield to join a welcoming primary school in Lichfield. This Early Years Practitioner role is perfect for someone with a Level 3 qualification, experience in EYFS, and a passion for supporting children’s development.
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children in Nursery and Reception as a dedicated Early Years Practitioner Lichfield.
Deliver high-quality play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
Assist teachers and teaching assistants to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom.
Foster positive outcomes for all children, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Monitor and support individual development as a committed Early Years Practitioner.
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (essential).
Experience in Early Years settings, Nursery or Reception.
Knowledge of EYFS, child development, and play-based learning.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach as an Early Years Practitioner.
