Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, welcoming nursery in Rugeley. This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high‑quality care and learning.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0–5 through play‑based learning, daily routines and developmental activities. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and confident working within a busy nursery setting.

Working Hours

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years environment
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Warm, positive and professional approach
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child development
