We have teamed up with a ‘good’ private nursery in the Tamworth area who are looking for a Nursery Nurse to begin as soon as possible on an ongoing basis (Maternity cover) working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

The ‘good’ rated Nursery is a popular choice in the local community due to the team’s passionate and dedicated attitude in putting the children first in everything they do. The Nursery works hard to support each child, regardless of ability, and to ensure that each child has a safe space to grow and flourish, with extensive garden areas as well as multiple rooms.

As a Nursery Nurse, you will be expected to work together with the other members of staff in each room to ensure that all children are cared for. The successful candidate would be expected to deliver and engage in appropriate activities with the children in order to boost their development and to follow the EYFS Framework. This position requires the ability to work both alone and as part of a team. The Nursery require a candidate who is level 3 trained with experience working within a nursery setting.

Pay for this role will be based on experience and qualifications and will be decided on a candidate to candidate basis.
