Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Wolverhampton

Zest Education is looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and high-achieving primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting pupils’ learning and development in a positive and inclusive environment.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help create a nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering exciting and differentiated lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to accelerate progress.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and resource management.
• Promote pupils’ social and emotional development, building confidence and resilience.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and careers to ensure consistent support.

Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, proactive, and positive approach to supporting children’s learning.
