Zest Education is currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school on the outskirts of Lichfield. This rewarding role will begin after October half term and continue until the end of the academic year.
The school is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Working Pattern:
This position will involve providing 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP, ensuring they can access learning and fully participate in school life. You will work closely with the class teacher to adapt resources, implement support strategies, and create meaningful learning experiences tailored to the child’s individual needs.
The role is based within the school’s Early Years setting, so candidates should be comfortable supporting young children and providing personal and intimate care when required.
In addition, you will become an important part of a nurturing team that places children’s wellbeing, development, and achievement at the heart of everything it does.
