Job Description

Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, professional, and high-achieving primary school in Lichfield. This is a part-time role supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to work with children in a variety of settings, including whole-class support, small group interventions, and individual work with children with additional needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering inspiring and engaging lessons

  • Work with a range of children, including individuals and small groups

  • Assist with interventions to support children’s learning and development

  • Provide cover for teachers when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

  • Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement in the classroom

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
