Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, professional, and high-achieving primary school in Lichfield. This is a part-time role supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to work with children in a variety of settings, including whole-class support, small group interventions, and individual work with children with additional needs. Support classroom teachers in delivering inspiring and engaging lessons
Work with a range of children, including individuals and small groups
Assist with interventions to support children’s learning and development
Provide cover for teachers when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement in the classroom
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who:
Is enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Works effectively as part of a collaborative team and is open to coaching and mentoring
