Zest Education is looking for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day basis at primary schools in Tamworth. This role is ideal for teaching assistants who want to make a meaningful impact in supportive and friendly school environments.
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
Provide support to individual pupils and small groups
Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
Encourage pupils’ learning, development, and confidence
Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils
