Zest Education is currently recruiting Early Years Level 3 qualified staff to work on a day-to-day basis in primary schools and nursery schools in Lichfield. This Early Years Teaching Assistant role is ideal for an experienced teaching assistant who is looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact in supportive and welcoming learning environments.
Support teachers with the delivery of engaging Early Years lessons
Provide individual and small group support as a teaching assistant
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Encourage positive behaviour, learning, and development in Early Years pupils
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school or nursery setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to Early Years education
