The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery, working closely with children aged between 2 and 4 years old. Responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging activities, assisting with meal times and naps, maintaining a safe and tidy learning environment, and building positive relationships with both children and parents. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early years education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A relevant childcare qualification and prior experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
