Key responsibilities:
– Planning and delivering lessons that inspire and motivate students, catering to their individual learning needs
– Assessing student progress and implementing diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles
– Have excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop with the advances in the subject – particularly the new and engaging ways to teach PE, as the subject continues to evolve.
– Possess knowledge of sports equipment, health, and safety protocols – this is paramount to creating a safe learning environment
– Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
