Part‑Time EYFS Practitioner

Zest Education is recruiting a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, nurturing primary school in Tamworth. This is a part‑time, mornings‑only role (9am–1pm, Monday to Friday) running from after May half‑term until the end of the academic year.

The school is a friendly, community‑focused primary setting known for its inclusive ethos, supportive staff team, and well‑resourced Early Years environment. Children are encouraged to explore, play and develop independence through a rich, child‑centred curriculum.

The Role

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:

• Support high‑quality learning within the Early Years classroom
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
• Provide nurturing, child‑led support throughout the morning session
• Assist with phonics, continuous provision and small‑group work
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating and well‑organised learning environment

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Be confident supporting children aged 3–5
• Bring a warm, positive and proactive approach
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Be available Monday–Friday, 9am–1pm
