Zest Education is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tamworth. This part-time role is focused on Early Years support, helping young children thrive in their first steps of learning.

Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 – 15:30
Thursday: Morning only
🏫 Sector: Primary Education — Early Years

You will work closely with class teachers to support learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your role is crucial in helping children build confidence, curiosity, and foundational skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Support teaching and learning in the Early Years classroom
• Deliver planned activities and assist with small group or 1:1 support
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
• Help maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning space
✅ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (essential)
✅ Experience in Early Years or primary school settings
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
