Zest Education is currently hiring for a dedicated and passionate part-time Teacher to join a wonderful team in the Sparkhill area. This long-term role offers a highly sought after opportunity to work 2 days per week (0.4) as a PPA teacher covering EYFS and KS1 year groups. We are looking for an engaging individual who can quickly establish professional relationships within the school community.
As a PPA teacher you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to all children. The ideal candidate should be approachable, resilient, and committed to providing an excellent learning experience for all children. You will work closely with the EYFS/KS1 team to ensure effective communication and collaboration for the benefit of the pupils.
This wonderful infants school has a rapidly improving reputation for academic results and aims to provide all children with access to a challenging and inspiring curriculum. The school caters to a wide variety of children, including a high number of EAL pupils, and has most recently been recognised as ‘good’ by Ofsted.
This long-term position is starting as soon as possible working every Wednesday and Friday and will be continuing for a minimum of 12 months.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
