A welcoming primary school in Tamworth is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join their team on a part-time basis, supporting pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and proactive TA who is passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education.
Provide classroom support across EYFS and KS1
Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
Help create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting children in EYFS or Key Stage 1
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of early years development and learning strategies
A genuine passion for helping children succeed
