PE Teacher – Female

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced female PE teacher to join our team at a reputable secondary school in the Swadlincote area. This is a full-time position that needs to be filled as soon as possible and will be an ongoing role within the school.

Requirements:
– Hold a valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
– Previous experience teaching PE up to KS5
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality physical education sessions
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team of dedicated professionals

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver effective PE lessons that align with the national curriculum
– Encourage students to participate in a variety of sports and physical activities
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support when necessary
– Organize and coordinate extracurricular sports events and competitions
– Collaborate with other members of the PE department to enhance the overall learning experience of students
– Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
