PPA & Leadership Cover | Outstanding Infant School
Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a truly wonderful infant school in the heart of Harborne, South Birmingham. We are looking to recruit an experienced part-time teacher to join this exceptional school from October 2025 through to at least Easter 2026, with the potential for extension.
This role is ideal for experienced primary educators who are looking to step back from full-time or full-class teaching responsibilities while still making a meaningful impact in a vibrant and well-supported school community.

📚 About the Role
Days Required: Every Wednesday and Friday
Role Type: Part-time, fixed-term (October 2025 – Easter 2026)
Responsibilities: Covering PPA and leadership release time across EYFS and KS1
No full class teaching responsibility – perfect for those looking to maintain their passion for teaching without the pressures of planning and data-heavy workload

Qualified teachers (valid UK QTS) with strong EYFS/KS1 experience

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
