Full-Time PPA Teacher
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for a new challenge?
Zest education are seeking a dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join our warm and inclusive primary school community in Erdington.
This is a full-time role, ideal for a creative and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working across year groups and making a positive impact in different classroom settings.
Provide high-quality teaching cover across all primary key stages during teacher PPA time.
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Work collaboratively with class teachers and subject leaders to ensure continuity and progression.
Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all pupils.
Is a qualified teacher with QTS.
Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different year groups.
Is reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic.
Demonstrates a commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils.
A friendly and welcoming staff team.
Well-behaved, motivated pupils who are eager to learn.
Ongoing professional development and support.
A well-resourced and vibrant school environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
