Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time PPA teacher to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working three days a week at a vibrant school located in the heart of Balsall Heath. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in covering classes across both KS1 and KS2, supporting a diverse range of children, including a high number of EAL pupils.
As part of this ongoing position until the end of the academic year (July 2025), the ideal candidate will possess a proactive and adaptable approach to teaching. The school boasts exceptional resources and strong community ties, offering an enriching environment for both staff and pupils. The Head of School is looking for a resilient individual who can seamlessly integrate into the school’s daily activities, showcasing a willingness to engage and collaborate across different year groups.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
