General Supply Teacher – Opportunities Across Dudley
Zest Education is seeking reliable and experienced supply teachers to support a network of schools in Dudley. This is an ideal role for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact in different learning environments.
As a supply teacher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning across various schools – stepping in to deliver lessons, manage classrooms, and support students when regular staff are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across primary or secondary year groups.
Upholding school policies and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Responding to diverse student needs and adapting quickly to new settings.
Ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience in the teacher’s absence.
What You’ll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A flexible, proactive, and dependable mindset.
Strong behavior management and organizational skills.
Experience across a range of year groups is desirable but not essential.
