Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a lovely school in Aston on a full-time basis. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across various age groups

– Participating in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required
Requirements for Successful Candidate:
– Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
– A passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development
– A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
– Relevant qualifications in teaching assistance or education (desirable)

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
