The Role
As a Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children across the Early Years / EYFS setting

Deliver small group interventions and targeted learning activities

Assist with learning through play and structured sessions

Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development

Work closely with the Early Years team to support individual learning needs

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent)

Has experience working within EYFS in a school or nursery setting

Is confident leading and supporting small group work

Has a caring, patient, and proactive approach

Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively

Is available for a full-time role after Easter
