Contract: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)

✨ About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity in Burntwood?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming primary school starting in January 2025. This is a full-time teaching position within a supportive and nurturing school environment that values creativity, curiosity, and high-quality early education.

As a Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive. You’ll plan and deliver exciting lessons, support individual learning needs, and work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to give children the best possible start to their education.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment

  • Track pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records

  • Collaborate with staff and parents to support each child’s development

  • Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning

✅ Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in EYFS / Reception (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • Commitment to providing outstanding learning experiences
