A secondary school in the Coleshill area are looking for a teacher of Religious Education to join their team full-time in September 2024. The school has a strong Humanities department and a supportive ethos for staff and students. You will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and foster an environment where students can explore and understand the complexities of religion and belief.
Key responsibilities:
– Plan and teach engaging lessons that motivate the students in your subject and cater to the needs of diverse learners
– Mark and assess students work and track student progression
– Have excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop
– Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
