Science Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join an Outstanding school located in Brownhills. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stages 3 and 4. Ideally the school would like an immediate start, but would consider waiting until September 2024 for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A great team member willing to support all in the school.
  • A strong passion for the subject of science and experience of teaching Science across KS3-KS4.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • Strong at building and maintaining relationships with students and colleagues.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
