SEN Teacher (Barnet)

Job Description

An outstanding mainstream primary school in Barnet is seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their supportive team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, running until the end of the academic year. The role is ideal for a creative and nurturing teacher who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

About the Role:

  • Teach a small class of EYFS/KS1 pupils, needs in the class include ASD and SEMH

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles

  • Collaborate closely with support staff and therapists to create inclusive learning experiences

  • Benefit from half a day per week working from home dedicated to planning and assessment

  • Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

  • Immediate start – contract runs through to July 2026

  • Parking available for staff
