Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of SEND pupils? If so, Zest is working alongside a lovely special needs school in Nuneaton who are looking for a part-time experienced teacher. This position will begin in January 2024 and be ongoing for the full academic year.
This is a small special school currently catering to students aged from 4-11 years and offers a broad curriculum supported by some incredible learning facilities to fit every child’s individual needs. This school is passionate that all its students are provided with a nurturing environment to allow them to be the best version of themselves.
The ideal candidate will have successful experience teaching within a SEND environment. As the school caters to young people with autism, candidates will need to be flexible in the delivery of the curriculum and be experienced in planning for educational needs across the full ability range.
The role:
- you will deliver a pupil-centred curriculum that is flexible to all student’s needs.
- you will play a leading role in the community to promote a nurturing approach to young people.
- You must be able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
