Zest Education is proud to be recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Burton. This is a fixed-term opportunity until July 2026, ideal for a motivated, caring, and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support whole-class learning within the classroom
Provide targeted support to children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure learning is inclusive, engaging, and accessible
Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience
Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment
