Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the picturesque town of Stratford-Upon-Avon. This full-time position is available immediately, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a vibrant and forward-thinking educational environment. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities and promoting a positive learning experience for all students.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the classroom teacher, providing individual support to students, facilitating group activities, and assisting with classroom management. We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, patient, and possesses a good sense of humour.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a compassionate and understanding demeanour, and a genuine enthusiasm for education. While prior experience working with children and a teaching assistant qualification are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
