Zest are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic primary school in Northolt from September 2025
We have a variety of 1:1 SEN support roles available across different Key Stages – whether you’re experienced or just starting your journey in education, we’d love to hear from you!
About the role:
Full-time roles (term time only), starting September 2025
Working 1:1 with pupils with special educational needs (SEN) – including autism, speech and language needs, and social/emotional needs
Positions available in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 – we’ll match your strengths and experience
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to support individual learning and development
Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each pupil

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
