Zest education are working with a primary school located just outside Castle Bromwich who is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting in lesson preparation, working with small groups of students, and providing one-on-one support to pupils who need extra help.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Experience in a school setting is essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
