🎒 Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

As a Supply TA, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils and teachers:

• ✅ Assisting teachers during lessons
• ✅ Providing 1:1 or small‑group support
• ✅ Encouraging children’s confidence, progress, and well‑being
• ✅ Helping create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
