Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
– Experience teaching Year 1 students is highly preferred
– Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly in early years education
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
– Effective communication skills with both students and parents

Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality lessons to Year 1 students, ensuring their academic and personal development
– Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
– Monitoring and assessing students’ progress and providing feedback to promote their growth
– Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
– Communicating regularly with parents to discuss students’ progress and address any concerns
– Participating in school-wide activities and initiatives
