Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. You will create a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity, while also implementing effective behaviour management strategies. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all students will be a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be required to assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and participate in the wider school community through contribution to extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly in Year 2
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong classroom management skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
– A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
