Zest education are working with Primary School in Erdington who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 class teacher to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students in the class.
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for the students.
– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
– Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for improving educational outcomes for all students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
