Year 2 Teacher (ECT) – Selly Oak – Start ASAP
Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Selly Oak area, who are looking to appoint a full-time Year 2 Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to kickstart their teaching career in a well-established and nurturing school environment.
The successful Year 2 Teacher will take on full class teacher responsibilities and will be fully supported throughout their induction year, with the opportunity to showcase their skills and grow in confidence. The role is full-time and will continue until the end of the academic year, providing both security and valuable experience.

The ideal Year 2 Teacher (ECT) will:
Hold QTS and be working towards completing their ECT induction
Be enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to contribute to school life
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, particularly in Year 2
Have good classroom management skills and a passion for supporting young learners
Be committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences
