Year 3 Class Teacher

Zest education are working with a Primary School in Erdington who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 class teacher to join our dynamic team in September 2025 and make a positive impact on the students’ educational journey.

As a Year 3 class teacher at Erdington Primary School, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for a committed professional who can create stimulating lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, and foster a love for learning in our students.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic development
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning community
– Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience
– Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
– Ability to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
