– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.

– In-depth understanding of the UK National Curriculum, particularly in Year 4 subjects.

– Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

– Strong classroom management skills to create a supportive and productive learning environment.

– Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

– Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational best practices.
