Zest education are working with a primary school on the outskirts of Shard End who is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a full-time staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher, implementing lesson plans, and providing individualized assistance to students.
The ideal candidate will have previous classroom experience, a patient and caring demeanour, and a genuine interest in contributing to the academic growth of children. You will work closely with students to enhance their learning experience, assist with classroom activities, and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
